On the very rare occasion that the school needs to close, we will inform all parents via ParentMail/text.

In accordance to our healthy schools policy, we ask that any snacks brought into school are healthy. We advise that fruit, cereral bars, rice cakes or breadsticks can be a suitable snack to bring in.
How long before my child can return to school after illness?
We ask that children remain at home until they are well enough to return to school.
Sickness/diarrhea - we ask that children remain at home for 48 hours after their last bout of illness to ensure that infections do not spread.
How will school share information with me about my child?
Our school uses the ParentMail app as our main source of communication. As most of our information is given electronically, it is essential that the office has your most up to date mobile number and email address to ensure you don't miss out on an essential information.
What is Parent Council and how do I join?
The Parent Council is a group of parents who are interested in influencing the future of the school, by getting involved in developing school and council policy by representing the views of parents to the school. This involves giving a small amount of time come along to three or four meetings each year. We also create events in school for pupils nad the wider community such as discos and Christmas Fairs. We meet on the first Friday of each month. If you would like to know more about Parent Council, then please speak to Mrs Atherton.
